You must use the platform lawfully and responsibly. You agree not to:

• Upload, transmit, or share content that is unlawful, deceptive, harassing, abusive, or infringes intellectual property rights.

Payments & Refunds

Prices may be shown in USD for reference. Your payment provider may apply currency conversion, taxes, and fees. You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the amount displayed at checkout.

Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on whether content has been consumed. Unless required by applicable law:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
• Refunds may be denied for substantially consumed content (e.g., significant progress, multiple modules accessed, or downloadable assets used).
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible.

Subscriptions (if applicable)

If any subscription offering is available, it will renew automatically at the interval stated at checkout until canceled. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation prevents future billing but does not retroactively refund prior periods unless legally required.

License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the course materials for your personal learning or for internal organizational training if your purchase explicitly allows it.

Restrictions

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowLens Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GrowLens Academy from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the service, legal requirements, or operational practices. When we update the Terms, we will revise the effective date on this page. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
